Meet Beth Greenapple

As far back as I can remember, music has been a part of my life.  It has provided me with a way to express my deepest emotions, to comfort and soothe myself, and to connect with others.

About twenty years ago, I met Debbie Friedman, z"l.  She became a friend and mentor.  In healing services using her own music, she demonstrated the power of music to reach inside people, to touch our souls, to gently calm our spirits, helping us to release emotions, and move from places we are stuck to someplace new.

Shortly after Debbie's death, I realized that I, too, could use my musical gifts to help people get in touch with and express their feelings, to comfort and soothe them, and to help them find and build connections and community.  I began creating healing services in my synagogue, the first one in memory of Debbie.  One thing led to another, and here I am, offering Whole Notes Wellness experiences to you.  I invite you to join me to learn and grow through music, song, the written word, the variety of wellness practices offered by my guest presenters, and, most of all, through connecting to yourself and others who are seeking greater wholeness.

To your health!

Beth
